Art. 6701j-2. Railroad and highway grade crossing safety 
instruction        

(a) All driving safety courses approved by the Department of Public 
Safety or by a court as authorized by law must include instruction 
on railroad and highway grade crossing safety.

(b) The Department of Public Safety shall by rule provide minimum 
standards of course content relating to operation of vehicles at 
railroad and highway grade crossings.
