CHAPTER 4. STATE-FEDERAL RELATIONS




Art. 4413d-3. Contracts with federal government for eradication of 
noxious vegetation from state waters

The Parks and Wildlife Department is hereby authorized to enter 
into contracts, agreements or perform these services with 
departmental personnel, for the eradication of noxious vegetation 
from the waters of this state.  Out of any money appropriated to the 
Parks and Wildlife Department from the Land and Water Recreation 
and Safety Fund No. 63, for the fiscal biennium ending August 31, 
1969, and ensuing bienniums, the Department may expend the sum of 
$200,000, or so much of this amount as may be needed to carry out the 
purposes of this Act.
