Revised Statues - Chapter 52 Liens

Any person for whom threshing, combining, hulling, picking, husking or shelling has been done, who shall have refused to pay for such services of threshing, combining, hulling, picking, husking or shelling, and shall sell, secrete or dispose of property covered by the lien or notice provided for by sections 52-501 and 52-502 without the written consent of the lienholder, shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor.
