Revised Statues - Chapter 50 Legislature
50-1214: Names not included in report, when; state employee; immunity.
By majority vote, the committee may decide not to include in the committee report or any other program evaluation document which will be a public record the names of persons providing information as a part of any program evaluation. No employee of the State of Nebraska who provides information to the committee or unit as part of a program evaluation shall be subject to any penalties, sanctions, or restrictions in connection with his or her employment as a result of the provision of such information.
