Revised Statues - Chapter 50 Legislature

No proceeding of the committee or unit or opinion or expression of any member of the committee or unit acting at the direction of the committee shall be reviewable in any court. No member of the committee or unit acting at the direction of the committee shall be required to testify or produce evidence in any judicial or administrative proceeding concerning matters relating to the conduct of a program evaluation except in a proceeding brought to enforce the Legislative Program Evaluation Act. Pursuant to section 84-712.05, the working papers produced by the committee or unit in the conduct of a program evaluation shall not be considered public documents.
