48-1611: Nebraska Job Training Council; established; members; appointed.

The Nebraska Job Training Council is hereby established to perform the functions of the State Job Training Coordinating Council as provided in the Job Training Partnership Act. The Governor shall appoint the members of the council who shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
