Revised Statues - Chapter 45 Interest, Loans, and Debt

For the annual renewal of an original license to lend money under sections 45-114 to 45-158, the fee shall be one hundred dollars if no publication of the notice of filing an application for the annual renewal license is required as in the case of filing an application for an original license. The money paid under the terms of sections 45-114 to 45-158 to the Department of Banking and Finance for original licenses, for renewal licenses, for investigation fees, for examination fees, or from any other source, shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Financial Institution Assessment Cash Fund pursuant to sections 8-601 and 8-602.
