Revised Statues - Chapter 43 Infants
43-2917: Parenting plan; submission; court; powers.
When the parenting plan is agreed to by both parties, it shall be submitted to the parties' legal counsels who shall submit it for inclusion in the decree under section 42-120 or 42-364. The court may, after a hearing and based on the best interests of the minor child, approve the plan, modify and approve the plan as modified, or reject the plan and order the parties to develop a new plan.
