Revised Statues - Chapter 43 Infants
43-2914: Parenting plan; requirements; emergency medical procedures.
The parenting plan shall encourage mutual discussion of major decisions regarding the minor child's education, health care, and religious upbringing. Regardless of the allocation of decisionmaking in the parenting plan, either party may authorize emergency medical procedures in situations affecting the immediate health of the child. Each party shall establish procedures for making decisions regarding the day-to-day care and control of the minor child while the minor child is residing with that party.
