Revised Statues - Chapter 42 Husband and Wife

All persons in whole or in part of Indian blood, residing in and having their homes in the State of Nebraska, and who are living together in the relation of husband and wife, and who, prior to April 8, 1913, were married according to Indian custom, or otherwise, are hereby declared to be lawfully married; and all divorces or recognized separations between such persons consummated according to Indian custom, or otherwise, prior to that date, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be legal.
