Revised Statues - Chapter 37 Game and Parks

37-1218: Motorboat; registration transmitted to Game and Parks Commission; when; duplicate copy.
Each county treasurer or designated county official providing registration to an owner of a vessel shall transmit on or before the thirtieth day of the following month such registration to the Game and Parks Commission. The county treasurer or designated county official shall retain a duplicate copy of such registration.
