Revised Statues - Chapter 37 Game and Parks

Licenses and permits authorized to be issued under the provisions of sections 37-901 to 37-914 shall be prepared by the Game and Parks Commission. They shall

(1) be in such form as may be prescribed by the commission,

(2) bear the signature of the secretary of the commission,

(3) be signed by the licensee,

(4) be countersigned by the person issuing the same when issued, and

(5) be supplied by the commission, subject to such rules and regulations as the commission may prescribe.
