Revised Statues - Chapter 37 Game and Parks

Whenever a license or permit is issued to any person and the holder thereof shall violate or shall be found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of sections 37-901 to 37-914, or of any misrepresentation in obtaining such license or permit, the license or permit so issued to such a person may be revoked by the Game and Parks Commission, and the secretary of the commission may, in his discretion, refuse to issue any permit or license to such person for the period of one year thereafter.
