Revised Statues - Chapter 37 Game and Parks

37-538: Fish, mollusks, reptiles, crustaceans, and amphibians; shipment in interstate commerce; when permitted.

Nothing in section 37-536 shall be construed to prevent the continuous shipment in interstate commerce of live fish, mollusks, reptiles, crustaceans, and amphibians or eggs of such species for breeding or stocking purposes when such shipment originates outside of this state and terminates outside of this state.
