Revised Statues - Chapter 35 Fire Companies and Firefighters
35-526: Rural or suburban fire protection district; division; favorable vote; organization of new districts; public hearing; time; place.
Following certification of a vote in favor of division, the county clerk shall designate a time and place for a public meeting for the purpose of organizing the new districts created by the division. Such meeting and organization shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 35, article 5.
