Revised Statues - Chapter 33 Fees and Salaries
33-107.02: Modification of certain marriage, child support, or child custody or visitation orders; additional docket fee.
A docket fee of fifteen dollars shall be collected by the clerk of the county court or the clerk of the district court for each proceeding to modify a decree of dissolution or annulment of marriage, a modification of an award of child support, or a modification of child custody or visitation. Such fees shall be remitted to the State Treasurer on forms provided by the State Treasurer within ten days after the close of each month for credit to the Legal Aid and Services Fund.
