Revised Statues - Chapter 33 Fees and Salaries

In addition to the fees provided for in sections 33-106 and 33-123, the clerk of the court shall collect an additional twenty-five dollars in docket fees for dissolution of marriages. The twenty-five dollar fee shall be paid to the state treasury and credited to the General Fund.
