Revised Statues - Chapter 32 Elections
32-1524: Electioneering; prohibited acts; penalty.
No judge or clerk of election or precinct or district inspector shall do any electioneering on election day. No person shall do any electioneering, circulate petitions, or perform any action that involves solicitation on election day within any polling place, any building in which an election is being held, or two hundred feet of such polling place or building. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.
