Revised Statues - Chapter 32 Elections
32-629: Petitions; signers and circulators; qualifications; exception.
Only a registered voter of the State of Nebraska shall qualify as a valid signer or circulator of a petition and may sign or circulate petitions under the Election Act, except that any person who is or will be a registered voter in the State of Nebraska on or before the date on which the petition is required to be filed with the Secretary of State may sign an initiative or referendum petition.
