Revised Statues - Chapter 32 Elections
32-551: Road improvement district; trustees; terms; qualifications.
One trustee of a road improvement district shall be elected for a term of two years, one trustee for a term of four years, and one trustee for a term of six years at the first statewide general election after the organization of the district pursuant to sections 39-1601 to 39-1636. Thereafter their respective successors shall be elected for terms of six years at the statewide general election. The trustees shall meet the qualifications found in section 39-1606.
