Revised Statues - Chapter 29 Criminal Procedure

29-3921: County Revenue Assistance Fund; created; use; investment.

The County Revenue Assistance Fund is created. The fund shall be used for the operations of the commission. The fund shall consist of money remitted pursuant to section 29-3931. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
