Revised Statues - Chapter 29 Criminal Procedure
29-2533: Punishment inflicted; exclude view of persons; exception.
When any person shall be sentenced to be electrocuted, such punishment shall be inflicted within the walls of the Department of Correctional Services adult correctional facility, or within the yard or enclosure adjacent thereto, under the supervision of the warden and in such a manner as to exclude the view of all persons save those permitted to be present as provided in sections 29-2534 and 29-2535.
