Revised Statues - Chapter 19 Cities and Villages; Particular Classes

19-3020: Ballots; sample; distribution.

The municipal clerk shall cause sample ballots to be printed on red or green paper, but otherwise in the form and size of the official ballot, which may be distributed not less than three days, nor more than ten days, prior to the municipal election.
