Revised Statues - Chapter 19 Cities and Villages; Particular Classes

19-3017: Municipal clerk; neglect of duty; misdemeanor; penalty.

If the municipal clerk in any municipality fails or neglects to perform his duties as provided for in sections 19-3011 to 19-3016, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than ten dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, and costs of prosecution in any court of competent jurisdiction.
