Revised Statues - Chapter 19 Cities and Villages; Particular Classes

19-3012: Election officials; notification of appointment; time of appearance.

The municipal clerk shall, within three days after appointment of judges and clerks of election, notify each of them of their appointment by mail, and order them to appear at their respective polling places at least one-half hour prior to the hour fixed for the opening of the polls on the day fixed for the election.
