Revised Statues - Chapter 8 Banks and Banking
8-121: Corporation; examination of application by department; charter approval intended; certificate; issuance.
If the department, upon examination of the application required by section 8-120, is satisfied that such corporation has complied with the requirements of sections 8-101 to 8-1,121 and if charter approval is intended, it shall issue to such corporation a certificate stating that such corporation has complied with the laws of this state, advising of any requirements which must be met.
