Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture

2-2438: Legal status; immunity of directors.

A district formed under the provisions of sections 2-2428 to 2-2449 shall be a body politic, and may sue and be sued in its own name, and no liability shall result to its directors on account of debts or other obligations of the district.
