Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture

Upon the dissolution and the abandonment of such county fair, all the property, both real and personal, which shall have been purchased by such county for such county fair purposes may be sold or disposed of by the county board in whole or in part and from time to time in the same manner as other properties of the county may lawfully be sold or disposed of; PROVIDED, that if any of such property shall be appropriate or available for any other lawful use or purpose of such county, then and in that event the county board may at its discretion appropriate, use and apply any of such property to any such other lawful use or purpose of such county.
