Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture
2-235: County fair; dissolution; duty of county board.
The county board, upon being satisfied that all the foregoing requirements have been substantially complied with and that sixty percent of all the votes cast on said proposition are in favor of the dissolution and abandonment of such fair, shall cause such proposition and all the proceedings had thereon to be entered upon the records of said county board and shall thereupon make an order that such county fair be dissolved and abandoned.
