Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture

The State Board of Agriculture is authorized to enter into an agreement with the county of Lancaster, pursuant to the provisions of sections 72-1401 to 72-1408, such agreement to be approved and also signed by the Governor, providing for the supplying by the county of Lancaster to the State of Nebraska of a grandstand, racetrack and related facilities to be located on the Nebraska State Fairgrounds, which buildings and facilities will become property of the State of Nebraska upon exercise of any option to purchase. The State of Nebraska by the Governor and Secretary of State is hereby authorized to convey or lease to the county of Lancaster that part of the real estate located in the Nebraska State Fairgrounds upon which such grandstand, racetrack and related facilities are to be located.
