Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture
2-125: Board; plans for improvement of facilities; cost; financing.
The State Board of Agriculture shall cause plans, workings, drawings and specifications to be prepared for the improvement, construction and equipping of the grandstand, racetrack and related facilities on the Nebraska State Fairgrounds at a cost of not to exceed five million dollars plus the amount of investment income received by the Nebraska State Fairgrounds Building Fund and by any of the bond or reserve funds established in connection with a county of Lancaster bond issue used to finance such grandstand, racetrack and related facilities.
