Revised Statues - Chapter 2 Agriculture

2-116: Revenue bonds; grandstand; amount authorized.

The amount of bonds to be issued shall not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, and the proceeds shall be used solely for the payment of the cost of the improvement and expansion of the grandstand and related facilities and equipment, and the expense of the issuance of such bonds.
